Hello. I’m regifting this year. Here are 12 drinks from the archive that I feel have something seasonal about them. Whether that is richness, warmth and spice… or just the opposite: the kind of icy slap-round-the-face one also often craves at this time of year. I’ve mostly been drinking Gimlets and Roses, personally.
I may self-indulgently send you a little “Ten great articles I wrote this year” listicle before the year is out. But then The Spirits proper will return in the New Year - most likely mid-January.
