The Spirits #121: The Casino
Or: how Dostoevsky quite literarily saved my life.
~ THE CASINO ~
45ml gin
20ml maraschino
10ml lemon juice
10ml orange juice
A drop of orange flower water
Add everything to the shaker with copious ice. Shake hard. And… strain into a dainty glass. Cherry garnish! But I was fresh out. In such circumstances, use lemon.
