Feeling supersonic, gimme Gin & Tonic

~ THE GIN SONIC ~

50ml gin (high-proof)
75ml tonic water
75ml fizzy water

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Now add the tonic water. Now add the fizzy water. And only now do you add the gin. Quick stir. Lemon or lime slice by way of garnish.
